GoTrow ("GoTrow" or "We") operates a digital-asset trading platform (the "Platform") and the services made available through it (the "Services"). This Disclaimer, together with the User Agreement, Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy, explains the nature of the information and services provided and sets out important limitations that apply to your access to and use of the Platform.

The information published on the Platform is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute, and should not be construed as, financial, investment, legal, tax or any other form of advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset. You should consult independent, qualified advisors before making any decision to trade.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes a solicitation, recommendation or offer to enter into any transaction. GoTrow is not your broker, intermediary, agent or adviser, and we do not provide any form of financial, investment or advisory advice. Any communication or information provided by GoTrow or its representatives is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as advice of any kind.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks associated with your use of the Services and for any decision to transact. GoTrow does not recommend buying, earning, selling or holding any particular digital asset. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult financial, tax, legal and other professional advisors as appropriate.

While GoTrow takes reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the Platform, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability or suitability of any information, market data, quotation, price or other content. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or subject to error.

Information may be changed or updated without notice. GoTrow shall not be liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform or from any error, omission, interruption or delay in such information.

The Platform and the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoTrow disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

GoTrow does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that any defect or inaccuracy will be corrected. You accept that the transmission of information over the internet may be subject to interruptions, delays and security risks beyond our control.

Trading in digital assets involves significant risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The value of digital assets is highly volatile and can fluctuate dramatically within short periods. You may lose the entire amount of your investment. The risks involved are explained in greater detail in our Risk Disclosure, which you should read carefully before using the Services.

GoTrow does not assume any fiduciary duty owed to you in connection with your use of the Services and does not guarantee any trading outcome, profit or performance.

The Platform may reference, link to, or integrate content, data or services provided by third parties (including fiat service providers, liquidity providers, data feeds and external blockchains). GoTrow does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, legality or performance of any third-party content or service.

You access and use any third-party service at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant provider. Inclusion of a link or reference does not imply endorsement by GoTrow.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoTrow, its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform and Services.

This Disclaimer is without prejudice to any limitation or exclusion set out in the User Agreement or any applicable Product Terms.

Digital-asset activities may be unregulated or subject to limited regulation in some jurisdictions. Regulatory requirements vary by region and may change at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of the Services complies with the laws applicable to you.

Nothing on the Platform should be interpreted as a representation that any particular digital asset is regulated, approved, endorsed or supervised by any government or regulatory authority.

GoTrow may amend this Disclaimer at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform and may be notified by email or other means. Your continued access to or use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer. If you do not agree, you should stop using the Services and close your account in accordance with the User Agreement.
